Cardo is surrounded by own organically grown vineyards and orchards. The farm covers about 8 hectars one and a half vineyards, the remaining part is dedicated to olive trees, fruit trees horticulture and a woodland area. Malvasia, Terrano and Vitovska are the native vines. On field treatments are minimized, paying attention to the environmental equilibrium and symbiosis between the variety of plants. From the three grape varieties, in addition to the pure wines, we produce also the Rosé, the Brut and the Bianco, a blend of macerated Vitovksa and Malvasia.

Olive trees have succeeded to create a perfect balance in a harsh and difficult territory, for this reason, Cardo produces also extra virgin olive oil. The name of our oil suggests the amount of treatments in the fields: none. The result is a low-acidity oil with unique aromas and flavors given by the blend of cultivars: Bianchera, Leccino and Pendolino. All the wonderful harmony of nature in a bottle.
